The resource will take care of:
- Sales development also providing technical support to customers
- Follow experimental tests
- Collaborate with the marketing area for the development and promotion of new products
It is requested:
- Degree in agriculture / chemistry or diploma in agricultural expert
- Willingness to travel in Italy and also abroad
- Fertilizing agronomic knowledge
- Knowledge of regulations and regulations in the fertilizer sector

- Experience on the WordPress platform
Knowledge of:

- Main programs in the Adobe suite, especially InDesign

R&D Area – Quality Control - Regulatory
The resource will mainly deal with:
- Activities provided for by Italian and foreign regulations regarding product registration
- Quality control raw materials and finished products
- Collaboration with the purchasing office and with the formula development function
It is requested:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry / Biotechnology
- Experience gained in the field of fertilizers or similar
- Fertilizer regulatory knowledge and regulations
- Good knowledge Office package
- Good English language skills

Sales agents for uncovered or strengthening areas

The resource will mainly deal with:
- Promotion activities for FCP Cerea products at retailers and farms in Tuscany, offering technical information and suggestions for their correct use, with the support of the company's in-house agronomists.
Required requirements:
- Degree or diploma with an agricultural focus
- Established experience in the world of traditional and special nutrition
- Excellent knowledge of the area of competence and the main actors
Strong relational and negotiation skills - Strong determination to achieve business goals
