HOW TO OBTAIN "FULL" AND RESISTANT FRUIT?

To increase the size while preserving shelf life and organoleptic quality, the strategy must be based on three key points:

• Support in critical stages (such as flowering and fruit set) with specific action products: In pre-flowering, natural amino acids and hormone precursors are needed to reduce metabolic stress and promote fruit set.
• Meso and microelement input: Kiwi requires high amounts of iron and calcium, for adequate plant development and to strengthen cell walls and improve shelf life.
• Nitrogen-Potassium balance: to obtain a good qualitative-quantitative yield, nitrogen deficiencies or excesses must be avoided (particularly in the final stages). Potassium is a key element in increasing flavor and dry matter in fruits.
